SafeoBuddy Kids smartwatches are designed for child safety and communication purposes only. They are not substitutes for active parental supervision and should not be used in high-risk environments or as medical tracking devices.

4. Orders & Payments

-All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

-We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

-Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

-We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and trusted payment gateways.


5. Shipping & Delivery

-We aim to process and ship orders within 2–5 working days.

-Delays may occur due to regional holidays, high demand, or logistics limitations.

-Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

-We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners.


6. Returns & Refunds

Key Points:

-Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (unworn and in original condition).

-Refunds processed within 7 working days after inspection.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

7. Warranty & Support

All SafeoBuddy Kids watches come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water immersion beyond rated resistance, or unauthorized repairs.
